Has anyone had any problems with people with smart phones and the javascript? So far I’ve 1 person with this issue. They cannot login to the hotspot
Have you tried the various options:
login-by (cookie / http-chap / http-pap / https / mac )

I meant, have you tried turning those items off and on individually to see if one of them is preventing the smartphone from working?
sorry no. at the time it happened I was nowhere near a computer to make any changes.
I figured I would ask here first before I start making changes to my system. It’s been up and running for 3 months now. This is a first issue with only 1 person.
The only way to find out is to get ahold of that phone and just try things. Some phones simply have poorly implemented browsers. Other phones work fine.

That’s what I thought since he was the only person who has given me an issue. The guys phone was held together by ducktape and the screen was cracked. I guess I won’t worry about it too much.
