Question about SSTP and certificates

Hi, I want to ask you is it possible to not register name in dyndns or other domain name - paid to issue certifcates for the Mikrotik router?
I have router with static IP address, and I’m struggling to configure it with SSTP and certificates. When I connect with windows 10 it says - server refused connection…
I;ve added my client certificate like in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oGP0Zk7-cdI but still there are problems.

Btw I have other questions - which VPN is better to use - OpenVPN or SSTP? I have Mikrotik router on a location where upload speed is limited to 30Mbps.I’m currently upgrading upload speed with my ISP. I need to speed up one program which downloads over vpn, but it’s kinda slow. Is SSTP faster than L2TP/IPSec?

I’ve seen some topics about SSTP and have figure out to not use EAP in Windows as it will try to connect to WIndows Server. I connect using username and password. But I’m trying to figure out if it’s using the client certificate I have installed on my Win 10 PC?
