question about the server settings

I want to run Mikrotik server inside the network with 3 machines Server Windows 2003 Server ..

I want to be just Mikrotik proxy to the Internet and I want to disable a DHCB service because I have a server to distribute the addresses of the users ..
But after running the Mikrotik Server And the HOTSPOT service has disabled sharing service through the network and has disabled access to Oracle applications and make the same default gateway of the network is mandatory, which caused me problems within the network, and I disable it .. Will I find you have a specific policy or method followed to be able to operate within the network without any problems?
