Is there ANY WAY that IP addresses in the torch view can be converted to hostnames? I am trying to debug access to some web sites and it would be so helpful to view the torch output as hostnames.

Not to my knowledge; however, instead of using Torch, you can use Packet Sniffer. It can work in a similar way but can stream the packet capture to an external IP where you have wireshark running. Then in wireshark you can probably show the hostnames somehow.
