[Question] Can I use 2 ISPs to 2 LANs Separately?

It 'd be like this :

WAN1 — ether1 – LAN1
— web-proxy –
WAN2 — ether2 – LAN2
and use the same cache in the two LANs .
Is it posible and how ??
i don’t mean “NLB” !

yes, you need to make routing marks for each of these traffic types, and then when you add gateways, specify which gateway will be for which routing mark. it’s described in the manual:
