Question - How many interfaces can be bonded together?

CCR1009-7G - OS 7
Anyone know the maximum # if interfaces bonding support on this CCR box? Also are all interfaces on the CCR1009-7G available for bonding?
Or can anyone point me to the Mikrotik documentation that provides this detail.
Already reviewed the on-line docs and examples - nothing there.

Since all ports are indivudal interfaces, and not switched ports, i think that all of them can be bonded.

Note that bonding is a in-software feature that will use CPU.

Do you need to bound all interface? What do you try to achieve?

I guess I can assume using the cpu for interface bonding would probably overload the box with a lot of traffic? Not sure.

I am attempting to setup redundancy.

Then two interface bound together should be enough. :slight_smile:
