Questions about RouterOS v5.26 and winbox

After founding a bug that affects dns servers field input into winbox, I was wondering 2 things about winbox in routerOS 5.26:
-how to import/export configuration file via winbox (batch router configuration);
-is there a way to avoid router’s connection to a specific MAC address (via winbox);
-how to automatically set date & time?

for your last question,

configure NTP client in the router and select Time zone.

You are done!!!

login in to router using winbox

click on main menu ===> System

Click On ===>SNTP client or NTP Client

a New window will appear.

Tick on Enable

Select Mode : Unicast

type Primary NTP Server as : 133.27.94.149 ==>> click on OK

Now again click on ==>System ==>> Clock

Select Time zone Name ====> click OK

DONE!!!

but the most important question is:
is there a way to avoid router’s connection to a specific MAC address??
even via terminal!
