Questions about upgrading to version 7.20

Hello, forum members! I had a failed update to my Mikrotik CCR1009-7G-1C-1S+. It was version 7.19.4, had the Dude add-on package, and was using a certificate authority. Otherwise, nothing interesting. After the update, some NAT rules disappeared. IPSec VPN stopped working, and other things stopped working. I decided to restore from the backup I made before the update, but as a result, the Mikrotik lost its entire configuration, including users, as if I'd reset it. I had to downgrade to 7.19.3 and restore from the backup. What could be causing these issues?

It appears there are quite some issues with 7.20.
Best to wait a bit until a .1 or .2 version comes out.

Rule of thumb: if you don't see anything security related or no new features you absolutely need, there is no need to upgrade.

If your system made autosupout.rif file, best to create ticket to support so they can investigate further.
