I wanna use queues to shape “limit” the bandwith “download & upload speed” by these scenario :
from ip 192.168.1.25- to - 192.168.1.30 limit at 128K/256K individual way , " each ip will have the same speed separately "
and from ip 192.168.1.31 -to- 192.168.1.35 limit at
256K/512K distributed between these IPs “share this speed for these ips”
