QUEUE Configuration Question on CCR1009

Is it possible to configure Queues for various upload and download speeds.
EXAMPLE:

  1. 30M Download x 7M Upload
  2. 50M Download x 7M Upload
  3. 75M Download x 15M Upload
  4. 100M Download x 30M Upload
  5. 100M Download x 50M Upload

The Wan Connection we Have is 1Gb x 1Gb dedicated Fiber

Can anyone provide pointers to accomplish this setup.
