queue interface

Hi

I am using Mikrotik as a pure bridge device to deliver the last mile (wlan1 and ether1 as WDS)

Question:

  1. Am i able to queue traffic based on ip address that passes through the Mikrotik?
  2. Anyone has a command line example to queue interface ether1 lets say 512kbps up and down?
