Please, I just want to know if my queue list and hotspot user profile is configured properly. My actual bandwidth from my ISP is 384kbps/128kbps or do I need to do something again because I still experience slow internet access sometimes

It seems OK, but you can see that the 384kbps of download you have is too slow. With just 3 of your users connected and using their bandwidth your line would be fully used.
Also it seems you have connected to your winbox through hotspot and as you can see your Queue flag is becoming yellow with just that connection…
@GuJack20, Thanks for your response. Please what do you think I can do with this Bandwidth quota, I mean way to share the bandwidth equally with my user.
