I need only set high priority to this traffic only.
there’s no ‘just priority’. there’s only ‘priority compared to something’

well, you may try to add six queues, two with parent = output-interface (different interfaces which your clients are connected to), each with two subqueues having different priorities; top queue should have max-limit=your_interface_max_speed. then mark all packets between these hosts with packet mark of subqueue with higher (1) priority, and all the rest packets - with mark of low-priority (8) subqueue
p.s. unfortunately, I have no test environment to check the correctness of this setup… only theory
