Hello, I want to shape traffic for my customers to certain download and upload values. But as i have a lot of clients ( all with pppoe connection ) I tried to shape them using pcq queue types one for upload and one for download. I made the queue trees for them . and tried to mangle the traffic but i have a little issue with the mangling. I have limited the download traffic adding different dst addresses with same flow mark and the pcq queue was doing fine limiting every one to the selected rate in my case 256000bps. But i cant fix the problem with the upload. Can anyone send my the correct sequence of settings or exact diagram of how to achieve the desired. effect i have two ethernet cards ether 1 is my public connection, ether 2 is my local connection on which the pppoe server is running.

EDIT: I managed to shape upload and download traffic. but when i initiate both download and upload the upload falls down in favour of the download
how can i fix that? for example the download limit of a user is 20kb/s and the upload is 10kb/s .. user uploads with 10kb/s but when he initiates download the upload falls down to about 5 kb/s and the download is around 20kb/s.
