queue tree wan to wan traffic

Hi. my ROS 6.48.2
simplified example:
I marked all packets as:
1)LAN to WAN
2)WAN to LAN
3)WAN to WAN
How can i make queue tree if i need count WAN to WAN traffic as incoming AND outgoing?
