queue tree with mangle

i’m using mikrotik 2.9.6
needing some simple working example for controlling the bandwidth based on ip…

help plz.. i’d tried the example from http://www.mikrotik.com/docs/ros/2.9/root/queue.content#6.54.6.3
but it doesn’t work like i want

i want to limit the internet but not the ethernet bw

need help plz

Mangle only HTTP and HTTPS connections and use this packet mark in queue.
