i think you may have problem in pcq without using QOS, for example when you have 256k user, while downloading user may got problem for singing in yahoo messanger or opening pages which if you use for example simple queue with sfq or pfifo you can see the diffrents..

Antixx, just tune up your pcq parameters. is there non-zero ‘dropped’ packets in your queue rules?
