Hello. According to this wiki article I can make direct download and download trough proxy limited to some fixed values with setting unlimited download via proxy cache. If I set up in this example max-limit equal to my download channel width will I get dynamic speed regulating depending on number of downloading clients? I mean, they should get some guaranteed speed (32kbit as for this example) and, if there is free channel bandwidth, they wiil gey all this channel. When somebody starts to use internet - he gets his 32kbit, and he can get more, until there is free channel bandwidth.
Am I right or should I make some additional mangling and (or) queing to get such functionality?
