Queues Mikrotik does not work

Good afternoon. Personally, I’m a beginner in Mikrotik, and I’m having a hard time doing band control with Queues. I need to control the band per interface. I applied the settings, but the bandwidth control did not work. Can anyone help?

Check there are no fasttracking rules in firewall and then reboot the router. Check there are no connections with “F” mark (means fasttrack). If they are, you need to find still active rule that makes it and disable it.If not, you did something wrong with the queue settings.

I rebooted the firewall, searched for fasttrack connections, and did not find anything. See the configuration below;
