We have been suffering very poor performance as of late only to discover NONE of our queues work anymore!
Not the manual simple queues or the dynamic simple queues created when users connect via pppoe.
Anybody else experiencing this?

Queues do not work because you have xen package installed.
As soon as you will uninstall xen package, queues will start to work.Regards,
