Hi

Does PCQ divide traffic according to active users or logged in users?

ie if I have 10 pppoe clients connected but only 1 user is actually downloading, does that 1 client get all the bandwidth or just 1/10th?

No, it can get the max bandwidth you setting for him.

user will get all the bandwidth, if 2 out of 10 users are download then each will get 1/2
