We are deploying a network in a harbour with several SXTs, and omnidirectional APs. I am trying to make it possible for non-technical people to set these things up, and were hoping for the quick setup page.
However, I don not manage to get it to work. When trying to set it up as an AP Bridge, first after “apply”, the page reverts back to AP Router mode, with no clear signal if it really took the settings.
When trying to connect, a client (laptop in this case) does not manage to get a route to the gateway, and therefore no IP over DHCP. Even with manual IP settings in the right subnetwork, there is no route to the gateway.
Haven’t dived into the more classical way of setting this up, but wanted to understand if there is something odd going on here.
