Yes DoH/Adlist works fine for me using Cloudflare.
For those waiting for my response from Quad9, it hasn’t happened. ticket No 39674 if you lot wish to give your thoughts to Quad9.
I gave up the will… meaning I’m now back on Cloudflare with no errors!
