Quite Frustrated with 4.0betaX Data Sources

Will someone please help me figure out how to use the new data sources window?
I can’t figure out what to put in the “code” box. I’ve tried something like this:
oid(“really_long_oid”)

and it returns 0. All the time. No matter what OID I put in there.

Is there any documentation on this new stuff?

Please help, I’m about to go postal.

I have the same problem. Are you running windows 7? Does Snmpwalk work for you?

I am indeed running Win7 Pro x64. SNMPWalk DOES work for me.

you can go to Functions and open up the predefined ones, to see how the “Code” should be written.

there have been some bugs in beta1 that’s why your experiment with oid didn’t work. we fixed the issues, you should try the same again in beta2

please add a command where users can trigger to restart dude server on routeros console
