R11e-5Hacd not working with RB912

I just purchased two of your new R11e-5Hacd radios and plugged them into my RB912UAG-2HPnD and the RB912 does not see this board it will see other boards I plug in. I have tried both updating the router os and router firmware but still will not see the new board.

please make sure you have wireless-fp package enabled.

Please try disable usb port first.
