Dear users,
I’ve purchased recently a MikroTic R11e-LTE to get internet from the 4G network in Spain (in a remote location) and I have a configuration issue. The OS of the equipment is the RouterOS 6.44.5. The problem I have is that I follow the configuration steps but the equipment is not reading the SIM card. The LTE LED into the borad is ON only a few seconds after boot or start. In the list of interfaces I see via Webfig I find : bridge, ether1, ether2 and lte. I have configured an LTE APN according to the information of my internet 4G provider. I’ve tryed with 3 SIM cards (deactivating the PIN from a mobile with 2 of them and entering the PIN via Webfig with the third). No success. Into the LTE area I see nothing on cellular, status and traffic.
Does anyone know the command to set the LTE interface up with this OS? Any idea on how to proceed?

You must upgrade modem firmware.
I found the post at ISP forum, please use big letters for user and password, maybe CHAP insted PAP too.
You should be connecting to internet.
Please update ROS to 6.47, this can be done without internet just by drag&drop npk file from mikrotik.com/download.
Please start using WinBox app.
Please enable System > Logging > new and topic=lte,!raw
Then you can save logs as /log print file=logs.txt and share them to us and I can then say if your SIM is detected or not.
