I recently changed my modem in my ltAp from R11e-LTE to a R11e-LTE6 (firmware v025)…
with the old modem i always saw the provider name in the field “current operator” like A1 in my case.
But now i see only a number like actually: 23201
Is this a modem bug ?

In all my experience the 025 show that name but first version of firmware 020 not do that properly.
This name is receive from eNB. You can enable logs with topic=lte and do few reconnections and do new supoput.rif and sent it to support. They can say if this is bug or not.
Logs can be saved to file by: /log print file=logs.txt and you can share them here too.
