R11e-LTE6 failed firmware upgrade

Hello

Probably after a failed firmware upgrade on R11e-LTE6 ,idon't see the "lte" interface.
Is a possibility of recovery R11e-LTE6?

under "system resource usb print" I see:

DEVICE VENDOR NAME SPEED

0 1-0 Linux 3.3.5 ehci_hcd RB400 EHCI 480
1 1-1 MARVELL NZHA3 480

When I connect R11e-LTE6 card to a PC with linux, i see how the card is reset in loop(one looop in attachment) and the device number increases after each reset ?

Thanks and regards

I suggest to you take contact directly with Mikrotik support here.

You will need some MiniPCIe to USB adapter, instructions and software (Flash tool and drivers) provided by Mikrotik support.

These are some cards and adapters tested by me:

Regards.

Please mention the model the mini PCI to USB adapter.

I would like to buy one to interface a SIM7600 or R11e-LTE6 board with RB750g router

I never used these adapters as “modems”, only for update manually the firmware of the Mikrotik LTE interfaces. This has been done connecting the adapter to a PC, not to a Mikrotik device.

Regards.

Never had such an issue.
What is the ROS version of your device ?
You could try ROS v7 as well…

Also what do you mean probably ? When you were upgrading the firmware, did it fail ? Did it succeed ? In both cases there is a message printed in the terminal .

I understand that you have connected the adapter to PC. Could you please share the list of adapters you have tested? I would like to buy one from the internet in order to use with mini PCI express SIM7600 card as modem on Routerboard’s USB port.

Regards,

On the image posted you can see the LTE cards tested and the adapters models.

Regards.

The bottom one seems to be P2U52 adapter. Could you please mention the adapter models for the top one and the middle one?

The image is low resolution and I can’t read what’s on the top and middle adapters

Best regards,
Andrei
