R11e-LTE6 no internet

Hello i’m new to this product as i want to implement a monitoring solution on delivery trucks and we need WiFi on all trucks all the time. I thought it would be plug and play but i had to upgrade RouterOS to 7.1.4 then upgrade manually the modem from V025 to R11e-LTE6_V038.

However when i check version i receive an error message:
[admin@MikroTik] /interface/lte> /interface lte firmware-upgrade lte1
installed: R11e-LTE6_V038
status: error: resolving error (6)

what is that status : error ? there are no entries in the log.

That is because you don’t have SIM inserted, or SIM is not recognized, or wrongly inserted. And the session must be established. That’s from my experience.
Anyway, this modem is widely commented as totally slow device. With Orange SIM in Poland, it does 20MBit download /15MBit upload. Shame… With 2CA 10+15…
