Please help. Fresh bought SXT R, upgrade to stable 7.12.1 causes cycle reboot. How to fix it?

How let my mikrotik to check netinstall? And which firmware i need to download?
I see that latest release is 7.18, but why when i connect to SXT R it was 7.11.2 and when i do “Check updates” it’s show me latest stable 7.12.1? So which software i need to use for netinstall? 7.18 or 7.12.1 ?
Hmm… you are just on the border of things changing with certain versions.
Since it’s sxt, I would netinstall using 7.18.
If you go with 7.12, you can also go to 7.18 afterwards but then wireless package also comes with it (which is NOT needed on that device) and then you will have to take care of removal again.
So. I should try 7.18 netinstall and it’s will be fine?
You are having a bootloop now.
Never hurts to netinstall then.
I do netinstall. Router is booted up but now lte modem is not work. In status it’s writes “SIM not inserted”. Sim card physically inserted and this simcard i use before router caught bootlop (sim card is ok and works fine in mobile phone).

lte
routeros
user-manager
wireless
How to fix problem with lte ?
Why do you have wireless and user-manager on there ?
First one should not be needed (there is no wifi radio on that device, unless I am mistaking) ?
Second one, do you really need it ?
If they are not needed, remove those packages and reboot.
Then see what LTE does.
Just a physical mikrotik problem. Made sim card “thicker” and it’s work fine. So sad that this problem still exist ((

Easy fix with some tape.
I saw in your other thread you intent to use this device as capsman controller ?
Then you may (or may not) need to have wireless package installed.
