R52 Card defektive ???

Hello MikroTik Forum,

i have a problem with a Mikrotik Bridge 2,4 GHz using R52 and 19dBi Antenna on booth sides.

I tried to turn the max power on 25dB (with winbox), i also turn power on, without a antenna on the MikroTik,
just the pigtail cable.

After 2 hr i turned the power of the card to default values… it works fine
2 weeks later, we tried the Turbo G mode (-82dBm, Troughput 12 M)
and after 5 hr working the MikroTik lost the connection.

After this we changed back to 2,4 B/G mode, but now the troughput is 30 -200 k and -90dBm

I think the card is defective …

Have you got an idee to ceck the card ??

Do you have signal loss on RX and TX or only on TX? R52 not support 25dBm output you just decrease your link bandwidth if you overload card.

If you want here is thegin to the MikroTik:

89.16.199.67

Thank you

I am no think that card is broken RX/TX signal level is very close. What is 2,4GHz link distance? You need get -60 -70 signal level for good connection. Check Line-of-sight and equipiment ( pigtails, cables, antenna polarization ).

Hi,
the link was allready -72 - -75 dBm for over 2 weeks.

Then i changed to the 2,4 Ghz Turbo mode
The throughputh was very high.

After 6 hr of working, the link brocke down.

I changed to 2,4 B/G mode, the link go up
-90 dBm and 100k troughputh…

… i think i overclocked the card in the past
