R52 Cards not working in station mode?

Hi guys,

I am using a RB 112 and an R52 as a repeater. When i set up the R52 in station mode to connect to an AP, the link drops after about 10 minutes or so. I have now replaced the R52 with a 2511 (Senao, Prism) card and it has been up now for 2 days.

Is there a problem with the R52 cards connecting in station mode???

should be no problem with r52

too little information to tell, for example you should start with signal strength of that failing link.

The NL2511 has more TX Power and only runs in 802.11b …

But if you were using the R52 im repeater mode without problems, I suppose that the signal is good…

repeater mode? Then why are you using station mode?

shouldnt you be using AP-bridge and WDS for a repeater?
