R52H AP radio with iPad

I received a call from a customer today claiming that he had a customer who couldn’t get his iPad to work with the R52H radio (350mw) in AP mode. He couldn’t give me any details other than “it doesn’t work”. As far as I know the radio is configured in b/g mode with a publicly broadcasted SSID. He said other laptops work fine, but this iPad was having issues. Personally, I believe it’s the iPad (a security setting or something).

I know the iPad is a new device. Has anybody else tried to connect an iPad to an R52H AP radio? Any problems seen with the connection?

The iPad has some wifi problems… And as i recall the iPad has a/b/g/n.

We finally got an iPad in the office. Attempted to connect to Tik HS and it connected just fine. Apparently customer had Pebkac :slight_smile:
