and I dont get more than 65/65 Mbps
You’ve possibly fried your radio cards by not using antennas on them.
Add antennas, move the routerboards away from each other, and try again.
if the RX/TX power is greater than -30-35ish dbm move them further away.

Do NOT use radios without antennas attached, otherwise you’ll blow up it up …
