Just curious what the differences are if any between these two cards besides the power output?

Reading the data sheets, there is not much in it, except that the R52Hn is a slightly larger physical size, consumes more power from the supporting board (nearly four times as much) to give that slight increase in RF output power and has less ESD protection? (only 10KV as opposed to 12KV)
