R52N Ground Pads, MiniPCI Slot

It seems that the R52N minipci card has to small of ground pads to actually connect to the minipci ground. This probably causes lots of problems for people Im guessing. Can MT please investigate and possibly make the ground pads big enough so that they contact the minipci snap ground?

In my opinion it’s not R52n but 15.5mm mPCI socket problem from Super link electronic. But it’s not critical, mPCI bus have many ground pads.

yes, it’s a problem with miniPCI slot, not the card. We know of these slots, and we have changed them to a better variant in newer RouterBOARD model production batches.

Excellent Normis, thank you for acking that. I should have realized it was the slot and not the card, oops. I could see how this would be problematic for the XR series cards that even have their own ground (if you dont use it).
