i have tried multiple r52n’s in both a 411 and a 411a board and it will not see the card…any Ideas

Give us the output for the four following commands.
/interface wireless print
/system resource irq print
/driver print
/system packages print
What version RouterOS are you running? You need V 4.0 beta 3.
- you need to upgrade to the latest RouterOS beta version ( v4.0beta3)
- you need to click on the button “update license” in the license menu
