RADIUS accounting request not sent: no response

Hi guys

I have this error on my user-manager, it was working fine but its getting buggy since past month, usermanager active session also doesn’t show all users so I suspect they don’t get listed for some reason,

any idea is highly appreciated.

Ok guys,

I’ve found this description in the logs:

Description:  	current license allows only 10 active sessions

why is it like this? is Level 5 capable of only 10 cuncurrent sessions ?
but i have more than 50 users logged in and apparently user man is only showing nine!!!

not even ten.

please help
