RADIUS + DHCP SERVER

Hi to all,
can you explain me in wich way I can obtain this configuration?

I have 2 routerboard A and B
On A I would to have a Radius Server and a DHCP server.
On B I have the dhcp client that receive ip from dhcp server only after radius authentication

Hello, this scenario is almost the same like mine, but my first question is that, is it should work with Level 4 ??? According to Mikrotik wiki the suggested license is Level 6

And for how many peoples should this setup work?
