Need a higher level license - you have a level 4, need a level 6. I would use a PC-based Hotspot / Usermanager combination instead of an RB based unit…

I do have same problem with “RADIUS accounting request not sent: no response” and I do have license level 6.
I have two server running user manger and both has max 250 users for each .
I was operation on OS v3.13 and i didn’t have this problem since I upgrade to 3.19 start acting like this and I have to reboot the server to came up and that error to go away.
Should I downgrade to OS v3.13 or how can I fix this, one more thing both are PC computer with good performance.
Any ides will help me a lot.
Any quick answer I will appreciate.

Bump! Any more info regarding this? I am getting the same error on FreeRADIUS + RB433AH

seems like FreeRadius is sending some attributes, which are not supported by User Manager. Or some attributes, required by User Manager, are missing.
What do you see in router logs, when User Manager debug and packet logs are turned on (system logging add topics=manager,debug,packet)?
