i have noticed that at log am getting a warning which says :
RADIUS Accounting Not sent : no respond .
i google it and i tried every solution am not sure if it is a problem or its a routin.
besides after i tried to rebuild the Userman DB i noticed that all ticket refilled again ![]()

I have encounter this same problem before .I am using user manager as radius on licence level 4 . There clash between hotspot active user and user manager active session . So when there was more than 20 user online on hotspot i got that error . I am not sure about problem but when I switch to another radius i got it solved . Please contact mikrotik support for be more sure.
