The Hotspot out puts a unique id, but I need the entire range. 0 through ?

In RouterOS version 2.9 NAS-Port range for hotspot is [2147483648..2164260863]

:open_mouth: Over 16 mil!

Ok, Is there any way to edit that?
Change the port range to: 0 thru 500 or even 0 thru 9999?

I need a start and stop range with in reason. So I can limit the amount of connections. I am trying to HotSpot the entire network. Everyone, deadicated and mobile users will all go through the HotSpot.
