radius server is not responding [hotspot and user manager}

hello everyone i need help, when a client enter the user manager voucher generated to the hotspot login page of mikrotik it says “radius server is not responding” but the local hotspot works fine

I think I trying the same, authenticating on the same device where UM is also running, and it seems it is not works whatever IP address I use as radius server.
