RADIUS server is not responding

Hello,

What should I do to solve this error message:
RADIUS server is not responding.
My router is RB951Ui-2nD hAP.

Please help me.

Then it does not respond. Try ping the server. might it be a network issue? - is the server running? - is the port open in firewalls, eg,eg.

Firstly, check the connectivity between the radius server and NAS device.
Next check that you have added the NAS device entry correctly in the radius server and shared secret matches.
