Radius Server not responding

I’ve got hotspot working. Usermanager registers new adds new signups as they login and purchase time via PayPal.
But, when user goes to login after purchasing credits. User is not able to login.
Error "radius server not responding.

Any suggestions as to the standard misconfiguration to cause this error?

The most common cause would be that the RADIUS server doesn’t have the router correctly configured as a client, and is ignoring access requests for that reason. Sometimes that is due to the router showing up with a different source IP address than you were expecting.

Got it fixed. Database was showing unknown users in terminal “print”. Cleared the database, re-entered info.
Works now.
