Radius Server Not responding

Hi,

I have mikrotik Router, with linked with My radius server. Users are logged from the coupon the which was created in the Radius.

Here the problem is when my users are trying, I am getting the error sometime - “Radius Server Not Responding”
this error am getting sometime only not all time, if i try the same coupon one or two times then it’s getting logging in.

what could be the problem?

Increase RADIUS timeout setting. Default value of 300ms sometimes is too low.

can you tell me upto what value i can increase this!!! by default 300MS , can i do it upto 1000ms also!!!
