Radius Server Not Responding

Hi Guys,

Does anyone here experienced the error ‘Radius Server Not Responding’. It occurs every time the user log in to the Hotspot (portal). I will attached the Logs below. Please help me to fix this, I’ve searched on the other thread but I cant find one that’s the same as mine.

Solved:

  1. Check the IP Routes on the “192.168.1.x/userman”
  2. Remove the Router Details that is added before and create a new one.
  3. Complete the form and make sure that the IP address, Port and the Shared Secret is the same on the details from the Radius tab on winbox.
  4. Done.
