As most of you know, I have always been a big fan of RADIUS Manager.
Unfortunately, times are changing.
Mr Viktor at DMA Softlab is becoming more and more arrogant and treating his clients in an extremely disrespectful manner. That is not how you retain business.
It’s time for us to start investigating what other options are out there.
I would also not be surprised if DMA Softlab (the publishers of RADIUS Manager) was nothing more than a “one man band”. This scares me a lot as it means that if Mr Viktor gets run over by a bus this afternoon, or has an unexpected heart attack, and dies, that’s the end of our support for the hundreds of clients who have purchased his software.
We’re a bit big for MikroTik User Manager, but I’d love to hear about other RADIUS solutions.
Who’s using what? What does it cost? How helpful are the support staff.
