radius server that handles pppoe and works on microsoft?

Hello every body
i have a microsoft windows 2003 advanced server acting as the main server for my internet.
From it we have 13 mikrotiks connected to the server by and ip address and the other ethernet card of the routers handles pppoe clients.i want to install on this windows server a radius that i could handle from in all the pppoe user names and passwords and to have the abilty to give costumers burstable rate limits. does any body have such a setup or knows a radius version that could handle this setup.
i saw the steel belted radius from http://www.funk.com but i dont tink it could do what i want.

u mean that alepo can handle this using the RBS ISP version where the stel belted radius from funk cannot handle that?
