Hi All,

I have experience whereby my MT link with Radius.
problem come out is i cant see any user authenticate to radius from the radius and MT as well but i can see there is traffic going through from the user(getting DHCP from MT) to the internet. Very obvious the radius/MT is not working properly.
This is the first time i encounter this problem after we used more than 20 MT using the same setting.
Anyone encounter this problem before?

please clerify your scenario…if users are getting dhcp from MT and accessing internet…where are you using radius then if there’s no authentication? are these normal users or wireless?

Basically my MT have hotspot features. User will get dhcp from MT. I have my MT pointing to Radius server as authentication.
The problem happen when i opening up the browser, the page didnt redirect to login page but straight away login to internet access instead.
Do you have personal email..maybe i can send the screen capture to you for your better understanding.

In your hotspot profile, check to see if you are allowing cookies for the login.
